Carmela Toast and Coffee Bar in Wellington is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, perfect for an early morning pick-me-up. Liz, the cashier, greeted me with a pleasant smile and was so patient as I browsed the menu. I ordered a breakfast toast that came with egg, bacon, cheddar cheese and I added avocado(avid avocado lover). For my beverage I chose a caramel cappuccino, and I loved the variety of flavors available for the coffee. The venue was super clean, which added to the inviting vibe. Plus, they have a thoughtful water and food tray for dogs at the entrance—great for pet owners. Highly recommend this lovely spot! PS: I couldn’t find this specific location on YELP to leave my initial review so Liz directed me to google.

I recently checked out Carmela's Coffee, and it’s quickly become my favorite spot. The place is cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The coffee here is amazing—seriously some of the best I’ve had. I tried their iced coffee and it was smooth and full of flavor. They’ve also got a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and bakery items that are very tasty. Overall, Carmela's Coffee is a fantastic place and I’m excited to get something like this in Wellington!

FINALLY SOME GREAT COFFEE! I travel to the PB/Wellington area and am always underwhelmed by the coffee options (and I refuse to go to Starbucks unless I’m on a real road trip. Carmela Coffee is a true gem for the Wellington area. The handful of times I have visited it’s been packed - the first good sign. The staff is super friendly, the decor is cute and the food is that sort of yummy-healthy I’m always looking for. But most importantly, the coffee is GREAT! That’s what matters to me in the end.

Quaint and charming, this new addition to Wellington felt more like a luxurious family room than a coffee shop. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with incredibly comfortable seating that made it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The service - Impeccable. Every staff member was professional and genuinely caring. I asked if they had any used coffee grounds for my vegetable garden, and without hesitation, they made them available for pickup—so accommodating! I ordered the Caprese Avocado Toast—absolutely scrumptious—and paired it with a chai latte that was perfectly spiced and smooth. I met a friend and fellow real estate colleague there, and we ended up having one of the most phenomenal conversation. The entire experience—from the food to the ambiance—made it a memorable outing. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back.

Very nice atmosphere, not a whole lot of indoor seating, but everyone was nice and food was decent. Coffee was good and they have milk alternatives like coconut milk
